As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth by ensuring accurate inventory levels across production and storage sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Reconciliation: Perform finished goods reconciliation across multiple sites for our portfolios, including raw material tracking.
  • Develop and document reconciliation processes to drive continuous improvement and accuracy.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis to optimize process accuracy.
  • Product Management: Handle product destruction and duty drawback processes, including preparation of documentation.
  • Enter and reconcile production data, ensuring accuracy across systems and compliance with internal controls.
  • Cask Inventory Management: Oversee cask reconciliation, maintaining alignment between physical stock and system records.
  • Supply Planning Analysis: Support supply planning analysis, including KPI tracking and insights generation to optimize performance.
  • Reporting and Automation: Drive reporting improvements and automation with third-party partners, while supporting audit queries and providing cover for Supply Planners as needed.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
  • Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in inventory planning, logistics, or customer service within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, and data analysis functions.
  • KPI-Driven Environment: Experience working in a KPI-driven environment, with a track record of using data to guide decisions and improve performance.
  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with experience preparing and delivering presentations to internal stakeholders.
  • Travel Requirements: Full, clean driver's license and flexibility to travel occasionally to co-manufacturers and distributor sites as required.
