Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced staff nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care that meets or exceeds established standards.
- Assist in the day-to-day management and operations of the facility.
- Represent the facility and act in the best interest of patients and the organization.
- Be self-motivated and work collaboratively as part of a team focused on developing improved models of care.
- Proactively seek opportunities for improvements and embrace change.
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience.
- Post-registration management qualification in health or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of HIQA standards.
- Registered with NMBI or entitled to be registered.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities.
- Clinical, administrative, and leadership capacity to discharge the functions of the role.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Management experience would be a bonus.
- QQI Level 6 Management is highly desirable.
The position is subject to Garda vetting and satisfactory references.
Contract Type: Full-time
