We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to take on a pivotal role in the delivery of social housing projects from inception to completion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the engineering design process, conducting site surveys and feasibility studies, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that optimize project outcomes.
- Lead the engineering design process, including structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing aspects, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform project planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that meet budgetary and timeline requirements while maintaining quality and safety standards.
