Job Title: Senior Life Insurance Manager

The ideal candidate will be a qualified life actuary with 3-4 years' post-qualified experience in a consulting role, supporting clients in the delivery of actuarial consulting services. They will also assist senior colleagues in building and maintaining client relationships by giving support with requests for proposals and the development of sales materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with project teams to ensure that projects are on time and meet internal and clients' expectations.
  • Support intellectual capital development and new business generation.

Requirements:

  • Strong stakeholder and project lead experience balanced with technical understanding of actuarial and finance.
  • A deep understanding of IFRS 17 is essential, with experience in implementation, setting methodology, BAU readiness and reporting required.
  • Proven experience and knowledge of Capital/Solvency II, financial modelling and risk management techniques and reinsurance.
  • Ability to lead medium-sized projects (around 5+ colleagues).
