Client Services Administrator Job Description

Clanwilliam, a leading provider of healthcare technology solutions in County Dublin, Ireland.

We are seeking a Client Services Administrator to join our Revenue Management Solutions team at Claimsure. The successful candidate will be based in a busy hospital environment, liaising with various Hospital Staff, Patients and Healthcare professionals.

The role involves managing client accounts using multiple software solutions, ensuring timely and professional service delivery, debt collection management, handling patient, consultant and secretary queries and complaints, processing health insurance claims, credit control, private insurance status checks, and assisting with ad-hoc projects.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational, planning and time management skills, strong communication and client-facing abilities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
