Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Link Personnel. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our Student Placement and Graduate Programmes, working closely with the HR team to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the firm at career fairs, engaging with students and graduates to showcase career opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for our College Student Placement and Graduate Programmes, from advertising roles to onboarding and offboarding.
  • Ensure all onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and end-of-placement presentations, are completed efficiently.
  • Track and review student performance before their placement ends.
  • Maintain accurate records by updating the HR system with new starter details and required documentation (e.g., training certificates).
  • Support recruitment activities by sourcing and screening candidates, reviewing CVs, and coordinating interviews.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to candidates about the progress and outcome of their applications.
  • Assist with work permit and visa applications when required.
  • Foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies to support hiring needs.
  • Ensure recruitment systems are kept up to date for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and site teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Manage recruitment advertising across social media, job boards, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to queries in the recruitment mailbox.
  • Stay up to date with recruitment trends and best practices, contributing to initiatives that improve efficiency and hiring quality.
  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare quarterly and annual reports.
