Chief Executive Officer Support Specialist

This role offers a dynamic and challenging environment where the right candidate can excel in their administrative skills, providing comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the CEO's office, ensuring timely initiation and follow-up of various actions and matters of importance
- Develop and maintain efficient administrative processes to enhance productivity
- Provide detailed executive assistant support, including calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting coordination
- Organise external and internal correspondence, prepare presentations, and conduct research on behalf of the CEO
- Anticipate and remind the CEO of critical tasks and deadlines
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office suite
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality
Desirable qualifications include experience in healthcare environments and software packages like TAMS, SAGE, and Q-Pulse. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be proactive, and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
