Job Summary:
This role is positioned to drive the success of Solventum's Health Care Business by providing expert guidance on environmental management and risk assessment. As an EHS Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiates and completes activities leading to new/improved safety methods which have significant impact potential at project level within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Participates in training, audits, incident reporting, assessments, Global Safety and Health Plan (GSHP) programme development and safety projects.
  • Developing a network of support (within facilities, manufacturing, engineering, warehousing teams) to facilitate completion of assignments.
  • Providing safety consulting services on task-oriented programs.
  • Analysis and reporting of key health & safety data to senior level co-workers.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have strong background experience and/or the following qualifications:
  • EHS Degree / NEBOSH General Certificate preferred or similar Safety qualification.
  • Strong understanding and implementation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements is essential.
  • Engineering skills / qualifications is an advantage.
