General Maintenance Specialist

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to undertake a variety of tasks which include plumbing, carpentry and decorating. Diagnosing problems with appliances and fixtures is also an essential part of this role. Routine inspections of the building and facilities are required, identifying any defects that may be present.
The maintenance technician must ensure the facility remains safe for occupants and visitors at all times. This includes maintaining high standards of cleaning and ensuring electrical equipment is functioning correctly.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake general maintenance tasks as required.
- Diagnose and repair problems with appliances and fixtures.
- Routine inspection of the building and facilities to identify any defects.
- Maintain high standards of cleaning and ensure electrical equipment is safe.
We require candidates to have the following skills and qualifications:
- Electrical knowledge and experience.
- Pipe fitting and plumbing skills.
- Carpentry and decorating experience.
- Able to diagnose and repair problems with appliances and fixtures.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
