About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing maintenance teams, developing schedules, and controlling budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and emergency repairs.
  • Manage maintenance-related budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  • Monitor and prioritize daily maintenance tasks to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a hands-on maintenance or facilities management role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
  • Strong working knowledge of general building trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing, painting, tiling, and general repairs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, including internal maintenance staff and external contractors.
  • Experience in developing and managing maintenance schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
  • Familiarity with health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and compliance standards relevant to maintenance and construction.
