Issue Management Senior Vice President

This senior vice president role requires a candidate with significant experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions. The successful individual will be responsible for ensuring the timely and quality execution of QA reviews across assigned portfolios.

  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills to evaluate complex risk and control activities and processes.
  • A strong leadership style with the ability to motivate teams and drive results is essential.
  • The role also involves providing challenge and making recommendations for risk and controls remediation.

In addition to these responsibilities, the senior vice president will have a high level of visibility within the organization, interacting closely with executive management and other functions throughout Citi.
