Our organization seeks a seasoned Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving continual improvement and impacting the way that things get done.

In this role, you will assist in defining, analyzing, and evaluating business process &/or system requirements to solve business problems. You will critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

You will drive and challenge stakeholders on their assumptions of how their processes can be improved. Your formal recommendations/solutions will be reviewed by business customers. You will contribute and develop Business Change Team Knowledge Management & Best Practices.

Requirements
  • Must have several years of insurance experience with either Casualty or Financial Lines.
  • Knowledge of Visio required.
  • We require a candidate with a high level of insurance knowledge/experience and is able to share & use that knowledge to design process, system & data improvements.
  • Experience in process identification, definition, and mapping is preferred.
  • Strong PC and documentation skills, e.g. Excel and Advanced Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • BA/BS degree preferred
