About the Role:

As a process optimization expert, you will act as both a business advisor and technical guide, leading customers through the implementation lifecycle of our platform.

This AI-driven solution enhances operational efficiency and productivity for QC laboratories and Cell & Gene Therapy facilities, transforming complex workflows into streamlined processes.

Your mission will be to design tailored configurations that integrate seamlessly into the customer's business environment, driving measurable impact and long-term success.

Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and Understand Business Processes:
    • Prepare, lead, and follow up on customer workshops to uncover current set-ups (business and dataflow), value expectations, and current ways of working.
  • Delve deep into operational workflows of laboratories and supply chains, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity with informed Binocs configuration.
  • Design and Configure Solutions:
    • Collaborate with the Solution Team to translate business challenges into actionable Binocs solutions that align with the customer's objectives.
    • Perform hands-on configuration, adapting Binocs to fit complex customer requirements.
    • Prepare and drive workshops to iteratively present and improve proposed solutions.
    • Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure high-quality deployments.
  • Lead Strategic Implementations:
    • Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
    • Follow and refine our proven implementation methodology, balancing structure with flexibility to meet unique client needs.
    • Engage and educate stakeholders by clearly communicating project plans, design choices, and implementation risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ensure user adoption of sustainable set-ups:
      • Steer implementations around 'why' (value, problem statements) customers are implementing.
      • Provide training and knowledge transfer to enable self-sufficient customer teams.
      • Start up adoption processes throughout implementation, to ensure and hand over in-use customers to Customer Success Managers.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Business Expertise:
      • Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing workshops and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
    • Implementation Experience:
      • Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS implementations, management consulting, or a related field.
      • Hands-on experience configuring and deploying business software solutions, such as ERP, supply chain, or laboratory systems.
    • Technical and Analytical Strengths:
      • Experience with data analysis; able to interpret and troubleshoot dataflows.
      • Familiar with data visualization, and supporting users in interpreting dashboards.
    • Exceptional Communication Skills:
      • Skilled at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
      • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
    • Adaptable and Entrepreneurial Mindset:
      • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving job responsibilities.
    • Educational Background:
      • Master's degree; a background in bioengineering, business engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
    • Language Skills:
      • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
