Senior ServiceNow Analyst

The role of the ServiceNow Analyst is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, managing biannual updates, developing new workflows, creating user stories, conducting testing, providing training for fulfillers and end-users, and automating tasks, schedules, and reporting.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to analyze business processes, configure the ServiceNow platform, and drive strategic decisions. Your expertise in ServiceNow implementation and platform updates, strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, modules, and functionalities, and familiarity with ITIL V3/V4 are essential in this role.
This position involves analyzing complex issues, configuring the ServiceNow platform, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize IT workflows. Your analytical and problem-solving skills, along with your ability to communicate effectively, are critical in this role.
In addition to your technical expertise, you should have a solid background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and experience working with the ServiceNow platform. Your proficiency in data analysis and requirements gathering, knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript and AngularJS, and certification in ServiceNow CSA are highly desirable.
