Job Description

The role of Training and Communications Support Specialist is a key position within our organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in the successful implementation of our new training and communications programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project team in designing and delivering comprehensive training programmes for our new system.
  • Design engaging user guides to support users with the new system.
  • Become an expert on the system and provide support to project team members during its roll-out.
  • Plan and coordinate training schedules, manage administrative tasks, and deliver classroom and virtual training sessions to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and assist with their readiness for the new system.

Requirements:

  • Proven passion for training and communications.
  • Multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, people, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with regulation, policies, and procedures advantageous.
