Operational Excellence Lead

The main role of the Operational Excellence Lead is to drive impactful site-wide improvement initiatives and develop a culture of continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically oversee and enhance elements of the site's Operational Excellence program, encompassing Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) Tier Reviews, Sitewide 6S Program, and weekly Problem-Solving RCA Hubs.
  • Promote and cultivate a culture of continuous learning across the site.
  • Analyze opportunities for efficiency improvements throughout all direct manufacturing and support functions.
  • Plan and execute improvement projects, problem-solving activities, and Kaizen events using OpEx and Lean tools to achieve productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost targets.
  • Develop expertise in Green Belt methodology and provide training on Yellow Belt, RCA, and 6S tools.
