Site Retail Leader

The role is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a high-performing team in a dynamic retail environment. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.
The day-to-day activities include managing store operations, maintaining compliance and hygiene standards, achieving sales targets, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, you will oversee stock levels, implement planograms, optimize product placement, handle cash reconciliations, and ensure site safety.
As a leader, you will train, coach, and develop staff while delivering high-quality service to customers. You will also analyze reports and drive performance by implementing effective strategies.

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail management role (Assistant Manager or Site Manager level)
