About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading audit engagements and managing a team of auditors, ensuring high-quality audit services to clients and adherence to professional standards.

  • Leading audit engagements and managing a team of auditors.
  • Planning and executing audit work in accordance with relevant professional standards.
  • Reviewing audit work performed by junior team members.
  • Communicating audit findings to clients and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting and auditing standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA).
  • At least 3 years of experience in external audit.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
