We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Tandem Project Management Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scientifically sound validation and transfer guidance to support the implementation of business process improvements across multiple modalities.

You will work closely with other members of the Technical Operation team to identify critical tools that drive a successful and lean validation and transfer process. We are seeking an innovative and efficient professional who can develop and implement fit-for-purpose validation and transfer guidance based on current regulations, industry standards, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scientifically sound validation and transfer guidance
  • Collaborate with the TO team to identify critical tools for a successful and lean validation and transfer process
  • Drive the development of validation and transfer process tools
  • Support the implementation of business process improvements
