Project Manager Change Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a background in change control to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to make a meaningful contribution to addressing some of the world's most pressing healthcare challenges.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure seamless project execution. As a Project Manager with expertise in change control, you will play a key role in managing and implementing changes that drive business growth and improvement.

  • Manage and coordinate change control activities, including process-related changes such as equipment modifications, automation updates, and supply chain optimizations.
  • Develop and implement effective change control procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including change initiators, subject matter experts, reviewers, approvers, and external manufacturing groups throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Conduct impact assessments and obtain approval for changes from relevant review boards.
  • Implement process optimizations where feasible, maintaining accurate task scheduling and minimizing overdue tasks through effective schedule management.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong emphasis on project management and change control documentation, with a GMP/GDP background preferred.
  • A degree in a science- or engineering-based discipline, such as a BSc in Life Sciences or an MEng in Chemical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3-8 years' experience working in a project environment within the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
