About the Role

This role involves managing a range of enterprise client organisations and requires a high level of technical knowledge and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the successful on-boarding of SOC Customers post Project Implementation
  • Work closely with all partner vendors to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements around training and service delivery are met
  • Maintain a detailed On-Boarding plan for all new SOC Projects and chair weekly meetings with the team to ensure new Services are progressing

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience managing a technical team and hold an ITIL qualification.
