Automation Systems Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation of automation systems in our pharmaceutical facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to work with cutting-edge technology and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with vendors to ensure that automation equipment meets project requirements, including interfacing with existing site systems, OEM automation systems, MES, and PI Historian.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all requirements are met in deliverables.
  • Follow project schedules and document trackers to assist in managing and controlling project deliverables.
  • Participate in Automation meetings and support relevant program meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project progress to ensure clear communication between all parties.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong experience in Emerson DeltaV systems, including core system implementation, base layer, and batch layer.
  • Knowledge of and experience with other systems such as Siemens PLC/SCADA, OSISoft PI, Werum Pas-X, ABB DCS, or other DCS systems would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience of API or OSD manufacturing will be advantageous.
  • Previous experience of high containment manufacturing will be advantageous.
