We are seeking a skilled Automation Systems Developer to design, develop, and integrate automation systems for various manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation systems using advanced technologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Integrate automation solutions with existing equipment and systems.
Project Collaboration & Planning:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project requirements.
- Create detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resources.
Installation, Testing & Commissioning:
- Oversee the installation of automation equipment.
- Manage testing and commissioning to ensure system readiness.
Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with automation hardware and software.
- Implement preventative maintenance and reliability improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Industry Experience: Proven track record in automation development, ideally in regulated manufacturing environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Programming languages (e.g., Python, C++).
- Data analytics tools.
- CAD software proficiency (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
