Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, Service, and Repair: Install, service, and repair commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump systems.
  • Routine Maintenance and Fault Diagnosis: Perform routine maintenance and fault diagnosis on refrigeration and HVAC systems.
  • Training and Mentoring: Support and mentor junior staff members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Quality and Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise with proven fault-finding skills, broad experience across refrigeration and HVAC systems.
  • Certifications: City & Guilds / NVQ / FETAC in Refrigeration or equivalent, F-Gas 2078/2079 certified, Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications.
  • Education: Full-time education or equivalent in refrigeration engineering or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
