Job Description:

As a Process Optimisation Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process optimisation strategies to drive operational excellence in our business units.

You will lead a team of engineers and other functional professionals to deliver project objectives that support the operations strategy. You will work closely with Operations Managers and Quality Leaders to provide leadership and a consistent focus on product and process quality.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 8 Honours Degree in an Engineering or Science discipline and at least 6 years' relevant experience in a team-based regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process optimisation strategies to drive operational excellence.
  • Lead a team of engineers and other functional professionals to deliver project objectives.
  • Work closely with Operations Managers and Quality Leaders to provide leadership and a consistent focus on product and process quality.
  • Manage process optimisation competencies of assigned engineers and partner with Operations Managers to ensure consistent developments across the business.
  • Develop and complete IDPs and performance reviews with assigned engineers to provide structured development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Level 8 Honours Degree in an Engineering or Science discipline.
  • At least 6 years' relevant experience in a team-based regulated manufacturing environment.
