Job Overview

The primary goal of this role is to define scope, requirements and requirement artefacts across multiple projects.

This position involves eliciting requirements from various stakeholders and translating them into actionable solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are well-defined and delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Host workshops to gather requirements from stakeholders and challenge existing mindsets to drive innovation.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis and provide clear business requirement documentation.
  • Identify and escalate critical issues that impact project delivery.
  • Communicate complex requirements to technical teams.
  • Ensure timely approvals for requirement sign-off.
  • Support the UAT team in understanding requirements for test script development.
Process Development:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture and document processes with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ensure process documentation is complete and approved in a timely manner to facilitate smooth project execution.
Communication and Data Management:
  • Engage proactively with project stakeholders to document business improvements and address issues.
  • Perform data reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Analyse data from multiple sources to validate, cleanse and load it into Pepper systems.
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify data migration needs.
  • Support data query log activities and drive closure of data-related issues.
Methodology and Training:
  • Participate in methodology reviews to ensure our approach stays relevant and effective.
  • Facilitate knowledge share sessions to promote best practices within the team.
