Bartender Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team in Munster. This is an exciting opportunity for the ideal candidate to deliver exceptional service, maintain high standards, and contribute to a welcoming environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Provide expert advice on cocktails and other beverages, ensuring customers receive excellent recommendations.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage cash transactions accurately, balancing the till at the end of each shift.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Bartender in the hospitality industry.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Own transport essential as the location is outside Killarney.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
