Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex projects from initiation to closure.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • A strong leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills is required to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Project Manager in a biotechnology setting, preferably with a full life cycle project delivery history.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven track record of team management and motivation.
