Data Centre Technical Specialist

The Data Centre Technical Specialist will perform routine maintenance and repairs within a data centre operation.
About the Role:- Assist with daily site inspections to ensure optimal performance of mechanical & engineering systems.
- Maintain safe working conditions by monitoring environmental factors.
- Respond to Building Management System alerts and undertake emergency repairs as required.
- Daily Maintenance Checks: Conduct thorough checks on technical equipment and systems, ensuring all are functioning correctly.
- Safety Protocols: Implement and maintain stringent safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Technical Support: Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Apprenticeship or equivalent training in a technical discipline, plus 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Able to meet the physical demands of this role.
- Effective communication skills for presenting information to colleagues and management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
