Overview of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Payroll to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the Group payroll strategy, guiding HR and Finance in managing the Group's local payroll operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Group Payroll strategy in collaboration with Project leadership and Regional/Functional Leads, providing industry expertise to support decision-making.
  • Lead the rollout of regional payroll solutions and stakeholder integration.
  • Support operational goals by anticipating needs, identifying resources, assessing opportunities, managing risks, and implementing innovative technical and process solutions.

Key Requirements

  • Qualifications: Degree in a relevant field and Accounting/Payroll qualification.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in a large international organization.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and influencing skills, proven project management and analytical skills, expertise in Payroll/Time processes and HR functions, excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
