Financial Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Finance team based in Ireland.
This role will be responsible for supporting accurate financial reporting, general ledger accounting, statutory compliance, and local tax/VAT reporting.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in accounting principles, experience in a multinational environment, and is comfortable working across teams and jurisdictions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare monthly management reports
- Assist in the preparation and filing of VAT and regulatory tax returns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong understanding of VAT regulations and accounting principles
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
