Tax Advisory Role

This Tax Manager position involves supporting the Tax Services team in all aspects of transaction tax advisory. You will work closely with clients across various industries, providing expert advice on complex tax matters.

  • Assist the restructuring teams with tax implications of liquidations and receiverships.
  • Collaborate with Irish Revenue on tax controversy matters.
  • Provide guidance on company reorganisations and restructuring transactions.
  • Offer tax advice on large commercial real estate deals.
  • Support transactional projects such as M&A tax due diligence.
  • Develop and train junior members of the team to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives.

Success in this role demands technical expertise, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • ACA / CTA qualification or equivalent professional tax experience.
  • Strong background in Irish corporate tax, with consideration given to VAT trained professionals seeking to broaden their tax experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling confident and articulate interactions with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to plan and deliver work under tight deadlines.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a dynamic and supportive team.
