Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in nursing older adults, with a minimum of three years' experience in the last six years. They will also exhibit a strong management background, with at least two years' experience in a similar capacity. The successful candidate will be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland or be entitled to be so registered.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary clinical guidance and mentorship to the nursing staff.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that cater to the unique needs of our residents.
  • Foster collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
