Clinical Nurse Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our care team in Galway.

About the Role

As a key member of our nursing management team, you will uphold high standards of patient care while working closely with the Director of Nursing to enhance our services. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and managing individualized care plans to ensure optimal resident wellbeing
  • Ensuring safe and effective medication management, supervising staff, completing audits and liaising with healthcare professionals
  • Mentoring and guiding Staff Nurses and Care Assistants, contributing to their ongoing training and professional development
  • Carrying out regular assessments to maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Registration with the NMBI (live register)
  • Previous management experience or leadership training (a plus but not essential)
