Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager
The role of the Clinical Nurse Manager involves overseeing the hospital's night duty and occasional days, ensuring high-quality patient care through effective leadership and management.
About this Role- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team in providing exceptional patient care.
- You will be responsible for managing the nursing service, provision of innovative leadership, and maintenance of good employee relations.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a challenging role and make a real difference in patient care.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing service, including rostering of staff and efficient management of financial resources.
- Provide guidance, support, and advice to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote good communication and collaboration among staff members.
- Registration in the General Division of the Live Register maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Diploma in Management or other relevant post-registration management course.
- Seven years of experience post registration, with three years at CNM II or equivalent level within the past five years.
- Proven clinical and managerial ability, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
