Compute Expert Role Overview

The I&O Field Services team is seeking a skilled Compute Expert to provide and maintain a secure and compliant compute technology environment. This role is responsible for supporting 1000+ cross-functional users, delivering IT infrastructure and operations stability, performance, and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain compute environment operational performance and stability across the campus.
  • Ensure resilience for the business by minimizing downtime and incidents.
  • Manage patching schedules and maintain relevant security tools.
  • Lead and participate in compute and network projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5 years min Compute experience.
  • External certifications and qualifications required in areas such as Microsoft Windows OS, MS SQL, VMware, Cisco, Azure/Cloud.
Benefits:

This is a temporary role for up to 24 months, offering an opportunity to work closely with internal IT groups and external vendors.
