Job Summary

The Technical Leader will oversee complex medical device portfolios and sub-projects, providing strategic leadership to direct and indirect reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and develop talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated R&D product development project plans
  • Provide technical leadership to cross-functional development teams
  • Mentor and develop talent assigned to the portfolio
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical product strategy and technology roadmaps
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering or related field
  • 5 years related work experience in R&D technical engineering leadership roles or a PhD in a relevant engineering discipline with 3 years of industry experience
