Senior Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Site Manager to lead our construction projects.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for the overall management of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will be an excellent leader, with strong technical skills, able to motivate and manage a team of site workers to ensure safe and efficient construction practices.

Skillfully managing project plans, schedules and budgets, conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues. Collaborating with architects, engineers and other stakeholders to resolve design or technical issues.

Maintaining accurate records and reports to track project progress and performance, ensuring that all relevant data is captured and analyzed to inform decision-making.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of site workers to ensure safe and efficient construction practices.
  • Oversee the development of project plans, schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality projects while emphasizing safety and efficiency.
  • Technical or trade background, with previous experience on commercial/residential projects an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CITB, NEBOSH).

Physical Demands:

Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, regularly lift up to 25 kg.
