We are looking for a Customer Success Advocate to join our team at Datadog. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing expert technical support to our Premier Customers.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client requests in English and Portuguese while educating our clients on the use of our platform.
  • Develop strong relationships with our Premier Customers, understanding their unique environments and requirements.
  • Analyze and reproduce complex issues affecting our customers' systems.
  • Create high-quality documentation and knowledge-based articles to support our customers.
  • Drive product conversations based on customer feedback and needs.
  • Participate in regular health check meetings with Premier Customers.
Your Qualifications:
  • Experience in multi-channel technical support at a SaaS company (2+ years of related experience).
  • Tinkerer with some programming experience and basic knowledge of Linux.
  • Self-motivated, detail-attentive, and eager to continuously learn and grow.
  • Critical thinker who prioritizes customer needs and approaches challenges with empathy.
  • Decision maker who knows when to escalate decisions and collaborate with others.
  • Previous experience in Premium/Enterprise technical support.
  • Strong knowledge of current infrastructure and monitoring solutions and technologies.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
