Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the successful onboarding, restructuring, and termination of client mandates.

This is a Dublin based permanent role that offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact in our organization.

The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing end-to-end client transition processes, including fund launches, closures, and restructures. They will also liaise with internal teams, custodians, asset managers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transition events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage client transition processes from start to finish.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Monitor timelines and deliverables to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Prepare and review transition documentation, reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in fund administration, transitions, or investment operations, ideally within an international financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of fund structures, custody operations, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
