Incident Response Lead Opportunity

: We are seeking an experienced Incident Lead to oversee project tasks and projects across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

:
  1. Develop strategic project plans and manage project portfolios effectively.
  2. Lead and mentor project teams to deliver high-quality results.
  3. Collaborate with teams to maintain progress and quality standards.
  4. Identify and mitigate significant project risks.
  5. Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous quality expectations.
  6. Provide updates to senior stakeholders on project performance.
  7. Manage resources and budget efficiently.

Requirements

:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Service-oriented, adaptable, and resilient in dynamic incident scenarios.
  • Results-driven with strong personal accountability.
  • High attention to detail, quality control, and process adherence.
  • Advanced analytical skills in data analysis and presenting metrics (KPIs).

  • Flexibility to handle incidents beyond standard working hours.
