Executive Service Director

Our organisation is dedicated to providing person-centred services to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Job Overview:- Lead strategic development initiatives and ensure high-quality service delivery in residential, respite, and day services for almost 400 adults with intellectual disabilities in south Dublin.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to guide strategic priorities and facilitate individualised, rights-based, integrated service delivery within the community.
- Assume operational responsibility for residential, supported living, day service supports, and respite services, including direction of all residential supports and execution of strategic priorities.
- Hold responsibilities equivalent to a director, ensuring comprehensive compliance and organisational accountability.
The ideal candidate will possess
- 10 years post-registration nursing experience,
- 5 years nursing management experience at a minimum level of clinical nurse manager 2, with 3 of those 5 being at a senior strategic level within a large organisation,
- Successfully completed a post-registration study at national framework of qualifications level 8,
- Requisite clinical, managerial, and administrative knowledge and ability for proper discharge of duties,
- Ability to demonstrate deep understanding of effective senior management leadership.
