- Provide care based on plans and document progress.
- Ensure safety, well-being, and confidentiality of young people.
Previous experience in welfare or healthcare support roles is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate attitude. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to different situations.
Relevant qualifications or training in healthcare or social services are advantageous. Basic computer skills for documentation and client interaction. Willingness to relocate to Ireland and embrace a new environment.
