About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in the Nordics. You will be responsible for developing and executing territory plans, identifying business opportunities, and delivering strategic solutions to customers. With a strong focus on solution selling and customer relationship building, this role offers a challenging and rewarding career path for ambitious sales professionals.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while growing existing accounts.
- Sell strategic business outcomes, leveraging solution selling expertise to respond efficiently to customer needs.
- Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
- Prioritize and lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales leads and opportunities.
- Fluent in English and a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish).
- Demonstrated success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
- Territory and account planning strategies: create plans to achieve sales objectives by identifying and qualifying prospects and opportunities.
- Research and discovery: uncover a prospect's current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses.
- Solutioning: identify compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.
- Customer communication: interact with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using various communication methods and tools.
- Resource application: continuously run toward results using available resources and tools.
- Team selling: align with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Sales methodology education.
- Able to develop cases and service requirements, craft and lead strategic alliances.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quota.
- Experience evaluated based on alignment to core competencies for the role.
