Store Colleague Manager

A leadership role has been introduced to drive performance and develop people in the retail sector.

This role will oversee both operational and people leadership activities within a store. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in high-volume fashion, home or grocery retail management.

  • Coach and support your team to reach their full potential, recognizing achievements and proactively managing performance.
  • Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, pay accuracy, absence management, career progression, and contributing to the senior leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve collective goals and drive overall success.
  • Encourage your team to take initiative and pride in delivering excellent service, sales, and stock replenishment.
