We are Lincoln Recruitment Specialists, and we're hiring a Graduate Engineer to join our client, a leading civil and engineering company in Ireland. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working on diverse utility and civil engineering projects, with a particular focus on water infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be involved in project planning, site supervision, quality control, and health & safety compliance. Key responsibilities include assisting in the planning, design, and execution of utility infrastructure projects, supporting senior engineers and project managers, conducting site inspections and surveys, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Requirements include a degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, experience or academic background in water infrastructure projects, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software, a proactive and results-driven attitude, and a full driving license.

This is an entry-level position, and the ideal candidate will have a passion for civil engineering and a desire to learn and grow with our client's team. As a Graduate Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, working on exciting projects that make a real difference in people's lives.
