Director of Water Metering Innovation

As a senior engineering leader, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading and managing the water metering business.

You will be responsible for providing strategic direction, technical expertise, and operational oversight to drive innovation, ensure product excellence, and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive growth and expansion in the water metering market.
  • Lead and manage high-performing engineering teams, focusing on talent development, retention, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive product quality, safety, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant technical discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, with a proven track record of successful project execution and delivery.
  • Strong technical expertise in engineering disciplines relevant to water metering and R&D.

Preferred Qualifications:
