Senior Audit Role

The role of a Senior Auditor involves working in a busy team to deliver high-quality audits for various companies across different business sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Audit of companies in line with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Design, implementation and management of audit plans and programs.
  • Preparation and review of Financial Statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Review and assessment of work carried out by team members.
  • Assistance in training and development of junior team members.
  • Development and maintenance of strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring timely completion of assignments and meeting deadlines.

To be successful as an Audit Senior, you will require a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations and the ability to work on your own initiative. Excellent interpersonal skills are also essential for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to finalise accounts and provide expert advice.
