Senior Audit Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audit Professional to lead our audit engagements and deliver exceptional service to clients.

The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and finalization of audits, ensuring high-quality results and excellent client relationships.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and experienced auditor to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and finalization of audits, ensuring high-quality results and excellent client relationships.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong, professional relationships with clients during the audit process, offering valuable insights and guidance.
  • Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior auditors, helping develop their skills and fostering their growth within the firm.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Review and ensure the accuracy of financial statements in line with applicable accounting principles and audit standards.
  • Compliance: Stay up to date with regulatory changes and ensure all audits comply with the latest laws and standards.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify audit risks and take proactive steps to mitigate potential issues, ensuring efficient audit procedures.
  • Report Writing: Write clear, concise audit reports, detailing findings, key issues, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Project Management: Ensure audits are completed on time and within budget, maintaining efficiency and quality.
  • Audit Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of audit strategies, tools, and best practices to enhance audit delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certification: CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of audit experience, ideally with exposure to a Big 4 or similar public accounting firm.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead audit engagements, supervise teams, and effectively manage client relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting.
