Flight Simulator Engineer Job RoleWe are seeking a skilled Flight Simulator Engineer to join our team. This critical role involves maintaining and ensuring the readiness of our flight simulators.The successful candidate will perform daily readiness checks, maintain equipment to EASA FSTD-A Level 'D' Standard, and review implement aircraft and vendor service bulletins.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily readiness checks to ensure FSTD is ready for operation.
  • Maintain Flight Simulator Equipment to EASA FSTD-A Level 'D' Standard.
  • Review and implement aircraft and vendor service bulletins.
  • Install and verify aircraft loadable software.
  • Liaise with aircrew on aircraft systems to resolve defects.
Requirements:
  • Recognized Apprenticeship or Adult Training in electronic and avionic engineering or a Relevant Engineering Degree.
  • A background in aviation/flight simulation.
  • Willing to work shift work – Day & Night.
